Cocoa Almond Fat Bombs

Serves 8

Prep and Cook time: 10 minutes


  • 1 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 cup chunky almond butter
  • 1/8 cup granulated stevia sweetener


  1. Melt the coconut oil and almond butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat.

  2. Add the cocoa powder and Stevia; stir well.

  3. Remove the mixture from heat and pour almond extract; stir.

  4. Divide almond mixture into silicone candy molds.

  5. Freeze or refrigerate for several hours, preferably overnight.

  6. Remove from molds and serve.

  7. Keep refrigerated.
