Bananas and Cream Chia Pudding
- 6 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 1 1/2 Cups Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 2 Tbsp. Granulated Stevia sweetener
- Blend all ingredients in a glass bowl and cover.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour then stir. Put back in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, or overnight.
- Spoon into bowls, top with additional bananas.
