Prep time: 15 minutes
- 4 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp dark cocoa powder, unsweetened
- Add Stevia drops to taste
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp. Shredded coconut, unsweetened
In a mixing bowl beat the coconut oil and heavy cream with your electric mixer (HIGH); beat about 3 to 4 minutes or until soft and creamy.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix on LOW speed for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is thick.
- Keep covered and refrigerated.
Serve in individual cups sprinkled with unsweetened shredded coconut.
