Who doesn't love the creamy smooth taste of chocolate mousse? With this recipe, it'll be ok to get your sweet tooth satisfied. Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp dark cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • Add Stevia drops to taste
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp. Shredded coconut, unsweetened


Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl beat the coconut oil and heavy cream with your electric mixer (HIGH); beat about 3 to 4 minutes or until soft and creamy.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix on LOW speed for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is thick.
  3. Keep covered and refrigerated.
  4. Serve in individual cups sprinkled with unsweetened shredded coconut.
