Flash Fried Shrimp with Asparagus
Cook time: 15 Minutes
- 2 lbs shrimp, frozen or fresh, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic diced
- 1 tsp. Red pepper flakes
Heat oil on high in a large fry pan or wok.
Add asparagus, garlic, salt, and pepper and stir quickly for 2 minutes. Set asparagus aside.
Add shrimp and red pepper flakes and continue to stir fry quickly, until shrimp become bright pink, approximately 5-7 minutes.
Add asparagus back to pan, drizzle with lemon and add parsley blend quickly.
