Grilled Lamb Chops with Rosemary
Cook and prep time: 15 minutes
- 8 lamb chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
- juice of one lemon
Heat broiler to high.
Sprinkle lamb chops with salt and pepper.
Broil chops about 4” from the flame for approximately 3 minutes on one side then flip and broil for an additional 1-3 minutes, depending on the desired doneness.
Remove from broiler, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with rosemary.
