
Bison Meatloaf with Herbs
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground bison
- 1 egg
- 1/4 Cup diced tomatoes
- 1 Cup finely chopped spinach
- 1 clove garlic diced
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. Dried oregano
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Blend all ingredients into large bowl with hands.
- Put meat into a glass or metal 9x5 bread pan.
- Bake in oven for 45-55 minutes, or until edges are browned.
- To test for doneness, stick a toothpick into center, it should come out clean.
