Bison Meatloaf with Herbs


  • 1 1/2 pounds ground bison
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 Cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 Cup finely chopped spinach
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • 1 Tbsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp. Dried oregano


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Blend all ingredients into large bowl with hands.
  3. Put meat into a glass or metal 9x5 bread pan.
  4. Bake in oven for 45-55 minutes, or until edges are browned.
  5. To test for doneness, stick a toothpick into center, it should come out clean.
