Secret Garden Smoothie

High in fiber and vitamins A, C, and Calcium, this will be a "go-to" refreshing and energizing smoothie you'll keep coming back to!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cucumber slices
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1/2 avocado
  • A few sprigs of fresh basil
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1 cup filtered water


Directions 

  1. Place all ingredients in your high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on full speed until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
