Healing Pumpkin Spice Mocha Latte Smoothie


  • 1 cup pea, almond or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin purée
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp. fresh turmeric root, peeled & grated, or ¼ tsp. ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • Add Stevia to taste
  • 1 scoop Mocha Latté Creamer
  • cinnamon and ground turmeric for garnish


1. Combine all ingredients in your high-speed blender.

2. Blend until silky smooth.

3. Serve in a chilled glass, sprinkle with cinnamon and turmeric if desired, and enjoy!
