Below are two workout courses you can follow along at home that involve minimal to no equipment. These are follow-along routines designed to help you decrease joint pain, improve your posture, and tone up your trouble spots.
The “Stay-At-Home Workouts” course contains more standing exercises with much less time on the floor. These are helpful in improving your balance and preventing falls.
The “NativeBody Reset Workouts” course is more focused on core strengthening and involves more time on the floor. This is the more aggressive course of the two.
Pick a course and start on day 1. Try to stick with one workout a day for at least 30 days!
