Baked Sweet Potato Chips

  • 2 cups sweet potatoes sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  2. Line one baking tray with parchment paper

  3. Clean and peel the sweet potatoes, and slice with a mandolin.

  4. Place sliced sweet potatoes in a bowl and set aside.

  5. In a separate bowl, combine melted coconut oil, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, ground cumin seeds.

  6. Pour the oil mixture over the potatoes and toss well.

  7. Place the potato slices in a prepared baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 45 minutes, flipping once, or until crispy.

  8. Serve hot.
