Baked Sweet Potato Chips
Cook and Prep time: 1 hr. 15 minutes
- 2 cups sweet potatoes sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- Pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Line one baking tray with parchment paper
Clean and peel the sweet potatoes, and slice with a mandolin.
Place sliced sweet potatoes in a bowl and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine melted coconut oil, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, ground cumin seeds.
Pour the oil mixture over the potatoes and toss well.
Place the potato slices in a prepared baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 45 minutes, flipping once, or until crispy.
