Caramel Chia Fresh Smoothie


  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • ½ cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ avocado, peeled & diced
  • • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 scoops or pouches Vanilla Caramel Creamer
  • ½ cup ice
  • Add Stevia to taste 


1. Combine all ingredients in your high-speed blender.

2. Blend until silky smooth.

3. Serve in a chilled glass and enjoy
