Chinese Fried Cabbage with Bacon
Cook and prep time: 20 minutes
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
Heat wok over medium-high heat.
Pour oil into the wok and add cabbage, bacon, and cilantro, stir quickly while cooking.
Keep stirring until the edges are lightly charred.
Season to taste.
Turn o the heat, drizzle the apple cider vinegar and stir to combine everything well.
Taste and adjust salt to taste.
