Chinese Fried Cabbage with Bacon

Cook and prep time: 20 minutes


  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
  • 3 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped


  1. Heat wok over medium-high heat.

  2. Pour oil into the wok and add cabbage, bacon, and cilantro, stir quickly while cooking.

  3. Keep stirring until the edges are lightly charred.

  4. Season to taste.

  5. Turn o the heat, drizzle the apple cider vinegar and stir to combine everything well.

  6. Taste and adjust salt to taste.

  7. Serve.
