Cocoa Cinnamon Fat Bombs

Makes 10

Cook and Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut butter
  • 3 tbsp. coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. liquid stevia
  • 1 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
  • 2 oz. dark organic chocolate, cut into chunks (70% or darker, or can substitute keto friendly chocolate chips if available)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except for shredded coconut, into a double boiler over medium heat.

  2. Stir constantly until melted.

  3. Fill parchment cups 1/4 full with shredded coconut.

  4. Pour melted cocoa mixture over coconut.

  5. Refrigerate for 45 minutes.

  6. Remove when serving, but keep refrigerated.
