Grilled Mustard-Herbed Pork Chops
Cook and Prep time: 35 minutes + 4 hours to marinate
- 4 pork chops, boneless
- 3 large lemons, freshly squeezed
- 1/4 cup stone ground mustard
- 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp. coriander
- 1 tsp ground caraway
- 1/4 cup garlic-infused olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Combine lemon juice, stone ground mustard, coriander, parsley, caraway, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
Pour the lemon/mustard marinade in a large resealable bag.
Add the pork chops, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Heat broiler or grill to high.
Remove chops from marinade and lay approximately 6” from flame.
Grill chops on each side for approximately 3 minutes, or until very slightly pink in the center. (cook time will vary depending on the thickness of chops)
