
Healing Pumpkin Spice Mocha Latte' Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup pea, almond or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin purée
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp. fresh turmeric root, peeled & grated, or ¼ tsp. ground turmeric
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- Add Stevia to taste
- 2 scoops or pouches Mocha Latté Creamer
- cinnamon and ground turmeric for garnish
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in your high-speed blender.
2. Blend until silky smooth.
3. Serve in a chilled glass, sprinkle with cinnamon and turmeric if desired, and enjoy!
