Keto Caramel Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 red apple peeled, cored, & diced
  • 1½ cups almond milk
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 scoops or pouches Vanilla Caramel Creamer
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon for serving
  • Add Stevia to taste

Directions

1. Add apple, almond milk, and cinnamon to your high-speed blender.

2. Blend 30 seconds.

3. Add Vanilla Caramel Creamer and stevia if using.

4. Blend 30–45 more seconds or until all ingredients are well-combined.

5. Serve in a chilled glass, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy.
