Keto Cinnamon Fat Bombs
Cook and Prep time: 10 minutes
- 1/2 cup butter, grass fed
- 1/4 cup stevia sweetener
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Place the butter in a bowl and let melt to room temperature.
Stir together butter, stevia sweetener, half of the shredded coconut, ground cloves, vanilla, and cinnamon. (can add more coconut to be able to roll into balls)
Make several small-sized balls. Roll in shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
