Keto Egg Salad with Onions and Celery
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tsp. Sea salt
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 1/2 small yellow onion
- 2 Tbsp. scallions
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1 tsp. celery seed or celery salt. (*If using celery salt, omit sea salt)
- Pepper to taste
*Add 2 Tbsp. paleo or keto mayonnaise if you like a creamier consistency
1. In a bowl, chop eggs.
2. Add celery, onion, scallions and seasonings, and blend.
