Keto Prosciutto Eggs and Herb Skillet


  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. Dill weed chopped
  • 4 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 4 slices prosciutto chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat ghee in a skillet on high.
  2. Whisk eggs, and pour into the heated skillet.
  3. Swirl eggs to cover edges of the pan, as it cooks. Do not stir.
  4. Lay prosciutto, eggs, and herbs onto egg mixture.
  5. Cover and lower heat. When the center is set, eggs are done.
  6. Cut in half and slide gently onto 2 plates.
