Keto Raspberry Chia Nuts and Seeds Breakfast Bowl
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1/4 goji berries
- 4 tsp. Chia Seeds
- 4 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 4 Tbsp. Raw almonds chopped
- In a blender, blend almond milk, banana, and raspberries with half of the chia seeds.
- Pour mixture into shallow bowl.
- Top the mixture with rows of the pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, almonds, goji berries and a couple of blackberries for garnish.
