Keto Spicy Garlic Bison Burgers


  • 1 lb. Grass Fed Bison
  • 1 Clove garlic diced
  • 3 Tbsp. diced yellow onion
  • 1 Tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Sea Salt
  1. Blend all ingredients into a large bowl.
  2. Form burgers into 3 equal sized patties.
  3. Grill on high flame or broil until medium rare. Approximately 4 minutes each side.
