Keto Spring Mix Salad with Avocados and Pomegranates


  • 4 Cups mixed greens
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1/4 Cup pomegranate seeds
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1/4 red onion sliced thin


  • 1/8 Cup Avocado Oil
  • Juice of 2 Limes
  • 1 tsp. Sea salt
  • Pinch fresh ground pepper


  1. Blend mixed greens with avocado, pomegranate seeds, onions and tomatoes in large salad bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together.
  3. Drizzle over salad.
