One Pot Keto Fried Fish with Bacon and Herbs

Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets - snapper, trout, or halibut
  • 3 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • 1 green onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. dill
  • 1 tbsp. avocado oil

Directions
  1. Heat avocado oil in a large pan.

  2. Cook bacon, garlic, and onion with seasonings on high until bacon is slightly crispy.

  3. Add fish to pan, and lower heat. Cook on one side for 3 minutes.

  4. Flip fish gently to other side and cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until fish is flaky.

  5. Serve immediately.
