One Pot Keto Fried Fish with Bacon and Herbs

- 4 fish fillets - snapper, trout, or halibut
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 1 green onion, diced
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. dill
- 1 tbsp. avocado oil
Heat avocado oil in a large pan.
Cook bacon, garlic, and onion with seasonings on high until bacon is slightly crispy.
Add fish to pan, and lower heat. Cook on one side for 3 minutes.
Flip fish gently to other side and cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until fish is flaky.
