One Pot Keto Lemon Chicken with Olives

Serves 6

Carb content - 6 gms. per serving

Ingredients


4 chicken breast fillets, cut into quarters

2 lemons, sliced thin

1/2 cup cerignola or large green pitted olives

1/2 cup torn fresh parsley

3 cloves garlic, sliced thin

1/2 yellow onion, sliced thin

2 cups chicken stock or broth

2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp. oregano

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. Pepper


Directions

  1. In a crockpot, add all ingredients.
  2. Set for 7-8 hours on low, or 4-5 hours on high.
