Savory Mint Fat Bombs

Cocoa has antioxidant properties, and almond butter is a healthy fat with fiber and has staying power... so this delectable treat will rid you of guilt when you realize you're doing something healthy for your body!

Prep time: 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 3/4 cup almond our
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp. mint leaves, finely chopped or pulsed in food processor
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. liquid stevia

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients into a bowl.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until rm.

  3. Remove from fridge, and with greased fingertips (can grease with coconut oil) form “cookies” and press together.

  4. Set onto parchment paper, or in a covered container in fridge separated by parchment paper.

  5. Keep chilled until serving.
