Savory Mint Fat Bombs
Prep time: 40 minutes
- 1 cup almond butter
- 3/4 cup almond our
- 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. mint leaves, finely chopped or pulsed in food processor
- 1 1/2 tbsp. liquid stevia
Blend all ingredients into a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until rm.
Remove from fridge, and with greased fingertips (can grease with coconut oil) form “cookies” and press together.
Set onto parchment paper, or in a covered container in fridge separated by parchment paper.
Keep chilled until serving.
