Steak Salad with Mixed Greens
Cook time: 15 minutes
- 1 sliced 12 oz. strip steak seasoned to your liking
- 1 cup red leaf lettuce or radicchio
- 1/2 red onion, cut in half
- 1/8 cup garlic infused olive oil
- 2 cups arugula
- juice of 2 lemons
- salt and pepper to taste
Grill steak and onion on high under a broiler, slice the meat thin, set both aside.
Blend oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl, and whisk together.
Lay greens on a plate, top with sliced steak and onions and drizzle with dressing.
