  • 1⁄4 Cup Balsamic vinegar 
  • 1⁄2 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. shallot, finely diced 


1. Whisk ingredients in bowl until creamy.

2. Store in a mason jar and refrigerate up to 1 week.
