- 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano
- 1⁄4 Red onion
- 4–5 Garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1⁄2–3⁄4 Cups extra-virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 Tsp. cumin
- 1⁄2 Tsp. salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until slightly chunky or smoother (depending on the consistency you like).
- Start by adding less garlic and olive oil and adjust to desired taste and consistency.
