Keto BLT Salad with Chicken

  • 2 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 4 Tbsp. cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 ripe avocado smashed
  • juice of one lemon
  • pepper to taste


  1. In a small bowl, blend until very creamy, avocado, lemon juice, and pepper.

  2. In a large bowl, blend the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Fold in the avocado dressing and divide mixture between 2 bowls.

  4. Serve immediately.
