Keto BLT Salad with Chicken
Prep time: 10 Minutes
- 2 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced thin
- 4 Tbsp. cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 ripe avocado smashed
- juice of one lemon
- pepper to taste
In a small bowl, blend until very creamy, avocado, lemon juice, and pepper.
In a large bowl, blend the rest of the ingredients.
Fold in the avocado dressing and divide mixture between 2 bowls.
