Chicken Salad with Apples and Grapes

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups cooked chicken breast diced
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, washed, cored and diced
  • 1/2 Cup green grapes cut in half
  • 1/4 small yellow onion diced
  • 2 ribs of celery diced
  • 1 Tbsp. tarragon
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp. Fresh ground dill
  • 1/4 Cup Kefir (or can substitute plain organic yogurt)

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients by folding gently into a large bowl.
  2. Divide into two bowls.
