Chicken Salad with Apples and Grapes
- 2 Cups cooked chicken breast diced
- 1 Granny Smith apple, washed, cored and diced
- 1/2 Cup green grapes cut in half
- 1/4 small yellow onion diced
- 2 ribs of celery diced
- 1 Tbsp. tarragon
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 tsp. Fresh ground dill
- 1/4 Cup Kefir (or can substitute plain organic yogurt)
- Blend all ingredients by folding gently into a large bowl.
- Divide into two bowls.
