Shrimp and Broccoli Bowl


  • 1 lb raw shrimp, tail on
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 1 white onion sliced
  • 1 Cup broccoli florets
  • 2 Tsp tamari soy sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp. Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • salt and pepper


1. In large wok or skillet, heat oil garlic, and onion on low heat.

2. Add in broccoli and seasonings, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

  1. Add in shrimp, salt and pepper and tamari sauce, cooking on high while flipping mixture constantly. During the last minute, add in red pepper flakes if adding. Continue to cook until shrimp are bright pink, approximately 4 minutes.
