Spicy Garlic Bison Burgers
- 1 lb. Grass Fed Bison
- 1 Clove garlic diced
- 3 Tbsp. diced yellow onion
- 1 Tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Sea Salt
- Blend all ingredients into a large bowl.
- Form burgers into 3 equal sized patties.
- Grill on high flame or broil until medium rare. Approximately 4 minutes each side.
