Keto Spicy Shrimp with Pineapple and Cumin


  • 1 pound raw shrimp
  • 1/2 Cup pineapple chunks
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp cayenne powder
  • 2 Tbsp. melted ghee
  • 1 tsp. Sea salt


  1. Combine all ingredients except pineapple and ghee,  into a zip-loc baggie and set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. Melt ghee in a skillet on high.
  3. Put in shrimp and cook while flipping until shrimp turns bright pink. (approximately 6 minutes)
  4. Turn off heat, add in pineapple.
