Turkey Citrus Salad with Walnuts
- 4 cups Bibb lettuce
- 1 Cup diced cooked turkey breast
- 1 grapefruit sectioned
- 1/2 Cup whole walnuts
- 1/8 Cup Walnut Oil
- 4 Tbsp. Fresh Squeezed Orange juice
- 1 tsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Sea salt
- 1 pinch fresh ground pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients for dressing.
- In a large bowl, blend torn Bibb lettuce, turkey and walnuts.
- Arrange lettuce mixture on 2 large plates.
- Set grapefruit segments around the plate.
- Drizzle dressing between both plates.
