
Paleo Mayo
Store bought Mayo is loaded with oils that are simply not healthy. This classic spread will keep your heart healthy and add flavor to salads and anything you want to spread it on!
Serves: 16 - 2 oz. portions
Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbs. garlic, chopped
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tbs. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbs dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cups pure olive oil
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients except olive oil in blender.
2. Slowly add extra virgin olive oil followed by pure olive oil until desired thickness.
