Savory Baked Chicken in Foil Packets
Cook and Prep time: 1 hour
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup green beans, cut in halves
- 4 - 12x12 pieces of tin foil
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Blend Olive oil, and seasonings together in a small bowl.
Lay each chicken breast on a piece of foil and spread with 1 Tbsp. of olive oil and seasoning mixture.
Divide broccoli and green beans between foils, spread remainder of olive oil on veggies, and lay sliced lemon on each chicken breast.
Secure foil packs by folding semi-tightly (you want a little steam to escape while cooking).
Lay foil packets onto a baking sheet to prevent leaking.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
