Steak Salad with Mixed Greens

Serves 4

Cook time: 15 minutes


  • 1 sliced 12 oz. strip steak seasoned to your liking
  • 1 cup red leaf lettuce or radicchio
  • 1/2 red onion, cut in half
  • 1/8 cup garlic infused olive oil
  •  2 cups arugula
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Grill steak and onion on high under a broiler, slice the meat thin, set both aside.

  2. Blend oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl, and whisk together.

  3. Lay greens on a plate, top with sliced steak and onions and drizzle with dressing.
