Yield: 1 1⁄2–2 Cups
- 3 Ripe Avocados
- 1 Cup or 1 small bunch cilantro chopped up
- 1⁄4 Red onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1–2 Tsp. lime juice
- 1⁄4–1⁄2 Tsp. salt (adjust to taste)
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Start with less lime juice and salt, blend together, and add more to taste.
2. Process until smooth and creamy.
