Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients 

  • 2 Large sweet potatoes, cut into matchsticks 
  • 1⁄4 Cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 Tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • salt to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Prepare baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2. Place fries on baking sheet and toss with melted coconut oil, coating evenly. Spread out fries so there is no overlapping.

3. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

4. Bake 30–45 minutes.

Serves 2
