Apple Nut Porridge
- 1 Apple, cored and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Brazil nuts chopped NUTS
- 1–2 Cups full fat coconut milk
- 1⁄2 Tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 Tsp. cinnamon
- pinch salt
1. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender or food processor.
2. Pulse slowly to maintain chunky consistency
3. Pour contents into a small saucepan and warm
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top. May consume with a protein of choice.
