Chimichurri Sauce

Chimichurri Sauce

Prep Time: 5–10 MINUTES

Yield: 1 CUP

Ingredients 

  • 1 Bunch parsley 
  • 1 Bunch cilantro 
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano 
  • 1⁄4 Red onion 
  • 4–5 Garlic cloves 
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 
  • 1⁄2–3⁄4 Cups extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1⁄2 Tsp. cumin 
  • 1⁄2 Tsp. salt 

Directions 

1. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until slightly chunky or smoother (depending on the consistency you like).

2. Start by adding less garlic and olive oil and adjust to desired taste and consistency.
