Ginger Pineapple Coconut Breeze Collagen Smoothie

This smoothie contains ginger and pineapple that is high in bromelain. These two together are one of the most know foods for combatting inflammation, and soothing belly distress. With the addition of the protein in the collagen powder, you're starting your day with a combo that builds lean muscle tissue and heals, from the inside out!

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Ground Ginger or Organic Ginger Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 1 Scoop NativePath Grass-Fed Collagen

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in your high-speed blender.
2. Blend until silky smooth.
