Cranberry Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1¾ Cups fresh cranberries 
  • ½ Cup pure maple syrup 
  • ¼ Tsp. sea salt 
  • 1 Tsp. balsamic vinegar 


DIRECTIONS

  1. IN A POT on medium-high heat, combine the cranberries, maple syrup, and salt. Bring mixture to a boil.
  2. ONCE BOILING, REDUCE heat to low and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  3. ONCE SAUCE HAS thickened, taste and add vinegar if desired. Serve warm or chilled.
