High Protein Guacamole

Yield: 1 1⁄2 to 2 Cups
- 3 Ripe Avocados
- 1 Cup Cilantro, chopped (equates to 1 small bunch of cilantro)
- 1⁄4 Red Onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1–2 tsp Lime Juice
- 1⁄4–1⁄2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 Scoop Collagen Powder
1. Add ingredients to a large bowl.
2. Mix ingredients until smooth.
3. Grab some fresh carrots and cucumber and enjoy!
