High Protein Guacamole

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Yield: 1 1⁄2 to 2 Cups

Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Avocados
  • 1 Cup Cilantro, chopped (equates to 1 small bunch of cilantro)
  • 1⁄4 Red Onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1–2 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1⁄4–1⁄2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 Scoop Collagen Powder

Directions

1. Add ingredients to a large bowl.

2. Mix ingredients until smooth.

3. Grab some fresh carrots and cucumber and enjoy!
