Spicy Garlic Fried Green Beans
- 1 pound whole green beans rinsed
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic diced finely
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp cayenne powder
- 1 tsp. grass fed butter or Ghee
- 4 Tbsp water
1. In large skillet, add green beans, oil and water. Cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes or until beans are soft.
2. Pour out any remaining water.
3. Add garlic, butter and spices.
4. On high heat, cook beans until slightly browned, flipping often.
