Seafood Meatballs

Serves 8

Prep and cook time: 1 hour 20 minutes


  • 1 lb. octopus or squid 
  • 1/2 lb. clams
  • 1egg 
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • Pinch of ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Onion powder
  • 1/4 cup almond our
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt


  1. Chop octopus and clams into fine pieces.

  2. In a large bowl, blend clams, egg, onion, seasonings, parsley and lemon juice.

  3. Slowly blend in our until all ingredients are combined.

  4. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat.

  5. Form large “meatballs” with your hands, and drop into the oil, turn heat to low.

  6. Genly keep turning “meatballs” until cooked through. Approximately, 15 minutes.
