Serves 4

Cook time: 10-24 hours in crockpot

Ingredients:

  • Turkey Bones and Skin
  • Filtered Water
  • 1 tbs. sea salt
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (ACV)
  • veggies, roughly chopped

Directions

1. Place bones in crockpot and cover with filtered water.

2. Add tablespoon salt and ACV. Let sit half hour.

3. Toss in veggies—carrots, celery, onion … whatever you have on hand. Heat on high 30 minutes and skim off impurities. (If you use a stockpot instead of crockpot, bring to boil, turn down heat to low, and skim off impurities.)

4. Turn crockpot to low and cook 10–24 hours.

5. Strain veggies and bones with fine-mesh strainer. Store in glass jars and drink daily for optimal health.
