We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t always work out. When you are unsatisfied with a purchase, your first response might be to immediately file a dispute  through your financial institution. However, depending on your bank, placing a dispute first can result in a bank hold of your funds for up to 30 days while the bank takes the required steps to investigate the validity of the claim with the merchant.  This can be incredibly frustrating for the customer and generally not the fastest resolution to recoup credited funds into your account.

To serve our customers better, we have improved our policy to include several options to make your online shopping experience with us convenient. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase for any reason, you can return the product for a refund, exchange product or receive an "In House Credit". Whichever option you decide, we encourage all our valued customers to contact our Customer Support Center as your first step in resolving any issues you have with your purchase.

Digital Goods - All digital cookbooks, and health programs that are online only are backed up by a 90-day money back guarantee.

Physical Books, Bands, and DVD's - Our Physical books, Bands and DVD's are backed up by a 90-day money back guarantee. The customer is responsible for shipping cost of sending the product back to our main facility.

YH360 - Our YH360 program is backed up by a 90-day money back guarantee, we will only refund three months of the program after the purchase date, or three months after your free trial has ended.

NativePath Supplements - Our NativePath Supplements are backed up by a 90-day money back guarantee from the date of delivery for only three bottles (90-day supply) of NativePath supplements per customer, per product for full-sized products. Orders with 3 or more bottles from our NativePath supplement line will only be fully refunded for three bottles (90-day supply) per customer, per product. Any remaining bottles will be refunded at a discounted rate if they are still sealed, and unused. Customer is responsible for the previous shipping charges.

Return Procedure

  • After contacting Customer Support, a pre-printed label will be sent to your email address on file, or the one you provided to the agent. Please check your spam and junk folders. The pre-printed label will contain the return address, and instructions to ensure proper handling. Simply tape it to the top of your return package.

 Important: Return postage is only provided for supplement orders. Return postage for books, DVDs, and bands are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using delivery confirmation to avoid any delays.

  • Return the empty and unused portion of your product, along with the original invoice (place it inside the box) to ensure proper handling.

  • All packages returned, refused, or undelivered will be refunded the cost of the product minus shipping fees incurred by refusal of the package.

  • Returns must be received in our offices within 90 days from the shipping date.

  • Used/Empty product containers may only be returned if adequate time has elapsed to consume the product as directed on the label. For example, we will not accept a 3-month supply of empty product containers after only one month.

  • All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 3 days of receiving the package. Please allow up to 5-7 days for your financial institutions to process the refund and 7 days for delivery of checks

Exchange Procedure

If you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), you may request that we send another quality product in “exchange” for it with FREE shipping.

  • We offer a 90 Day Exchange Program.

  • All exchanges are final which includes returning the original product for a financial refund and any products sent in “exchange”.

  • Due to the incredible discounts associated with our Free Exchange offer, these transactions are final.

  • This is only for full priced products, this does not work for any promotional sale priced items.

In House Credit Procedure

If you would like to exchange your purchase, but need more time to decide which new product would be right for you, you can take advantage of our convenient In-House Credit for 125% of the cost of your purchase toward future purchases up to a 90-day supply of products.

For an example, if the value of the products you’d like to return is $147, your In-House Credit will be $183.75 and when you’re ready for your next order, simply call our Customer Support Center at 1-800-819-2993 and we’ll be happy to assist you.

  • An In House Credit is a credit held on your account to be applied towards a future purchase of your choice.

  • In House Credits cannot be redeemed on our online store. Please call Customer Support to apply your In House Credits to your new order.
