I am liking the collagen and I use the bands every day. I have plantar fasciitis and the Dr said this was recommended for daily exercise of the foot. The collagen is working very well, I have upped my scoops to 3-4 a day.
I like that there are only two bands instead of a whole slew of them; heavy resistance and not so much. The two sets have really come in handy as I took a set to my message therapist for suggestions on how best to use them and he gave me a few stretching exercises I could do at my desk at work without drawing too much attention to myself. The quality seems to be really good, as well.
