Breakfast Scramble with Eggs, Bacon and Peppers


  • 5 eggs
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 Tbsp. grass fed butter
  • 1 small red pepper diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley
  • 1 tsp. Sea salt
  • Pepper to taste


  1. In skillet, heat butter, red pepper, parsley, and salt. Cook until pepper is soft.
  2. Add in bacon. Cook until crispy, and break apart in the pan.
  3. Whisk eggs in a bowl.
  4. Turn heat on medium high.
  5. Pour eggs over bacon mixture into the pan, flipping until eggs are cooked through.
