Breakfast Scramble with Eggs, Bacon and Peppers
- 5 eggs
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 Tbsp. grass fed butter
- 1 small red pepper diced
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley
- 1 tsp. Sea salt
- Pepper to taste
- In skillet, heat butter, red pepper, parsley, and salt. Cook until pepper is soft.
- Add in bacon. Cook until crispy, and break apart in the pan.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl.
- Turn heat on medium high.
- Pour eggs over bacon mixture into the pan, flipping until eggs are cooked through.
